How long does the COSP group run?
Each group runs for eight weeks (two months). Sessions last two hours, once a week. Participants watch video content, reflect on their personal experiences, and engage in a group discussion.
Will I have to purchase any additional materials?
No. The Caregiver Workbook PDF will be emailed to you. It includes supplemental information you can refer to once you've finished the program.
Are sessions held in person or online?
Currently, all sessions are conducted online through Zoom.
Will I be able to receive a replay if I miss a session?
Due to licensing restrictions, I am unable to upload or send the videos to participants. There is a $40 make-up fee per missed session.
