The heart behind my work

Every family has a story.
Every parent has strengths.

You don’t have to be a perfect parent to build a meaningful connection with your child.

I believe every family carries a story, strengths, and hope for something better. Sometimes parents simply need a safe place to talk, practical tools, and someone who will walk alongside them without judgment.

For more than 20 years, I have served families across ministry, education, nonprofit, community, and family-support settings. Along the way, I have learned that parents often carry more wisdom and strength than they realize.

With a master’s degree in Human Services, a background in psychology, and training in multiple parenting approaches, I bring both knowledge and compassion to my work. These frameworks offer valuable tools, but relationships remain at the center.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, trying to understand your child’s behavior, navigating co-parenting, or simply wanting more connection, my approach begins with listening, respect, and your family’s strengths.
